TE’s AMP+ 630 finger proof, touch safe, 2 position low-medium current connectors and headers are designed to meet AK 4.3.3, LV215-1 specifications. With a current carrying capability up to 40A at 140°C ambient temperature, managing voltages up to 850VDC and a 2.5-6mm multi-core wire range, the TE AMP+ HVA 630 connectors and headers can be used in many hybrid and electric vehicle device application. The package size is optimised with an integrated internal HVIL. To provide advanced shielding performance, the number of shield transitions between cable and aggregate are minimised. The shield is in the sealed area to protect it from corrosive substances.
