The HVA HD400 high-voltage connector is TE’s new solution for high-voltage accessory applications. With its compact design and adaptability, this cabling system can be used in applications including HVAC, heaters, hydraulic pumps, and electronic power steering. It can accommodate 2.5, 4 and 6 mm² LV216 conductor cross-sections for single-core cables. With an operating temperature range of -40 to +140 degrees Celsius and dust and water ingress protection ratings of IP68 and IP6K9K, the HVA HD400 connector can perform in extreme environments and handle up to 1,000 VDC and 60 A at +80 degrees Celsius. Other features include contact position assurance and the ability to withstand transmission-level vibrations.
